Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking. By commissioning the services of Beloved Tidy Spaces ("The organiser"), you ("The client") agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Services Provided
The organiser provides professional home decluttering, organising and space management advise. The goal is to assist the client in making decisions regarding their belongings and living/working environment's; however, the final decision on all disposals, storage. and organisational layouts rests solely with the client.
2. Bookings and Deposits
A deposit and full booking confirmation is required at the time of securing a date. All fees and payment schedules will be clearly communicated prior to booking. Final invoices are due upon receipt or within the agreed timeframe specified on the booking confirmation.
3.Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
The organiser operates a strict cancellation policy to manage lost business and scheduling constraints. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide notice in writing as follows:-
- More than 48 hours notice: No full session fee will be incurred, any deposit paid will be retained. This deposit will be transferred if a date is rescheduled
- 24 to 48 hours notice: Any deposit paid will be retained.
- Less than 24 hours notice (or no shows): Any deposit paid will be retained and a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled fee will apply.
4.Client responsibility and Decision Making
The client is required to be present during sessions unless explicitly agreed otherwise. The organiser provides guidance, but the client is responsible for deciding what to keep, discard, donate, or sell. The organiser holds no liability for the loss of items discarded or retained as a result if the clients choices.
5.Access, Health and Safety
The client must ensure that the working environment is safe, free from hazardous materials, structural dangers, or aggressive pets. The organiser reserves the right to terminate a session immediately if they feel unsafe or if the environment presents a health hazard, in which case full session fees remain due.
6.Confidentiality and Data Protection
The organiser respects the clients privacy. All personal, financial, and household information disclosed during sessions will remain strictly confidential. Before-and-after photographs of the space will only be taken or shared for marketing purposes with the express, written consent of the client.
7.Handling and Waste Disposal
Unless formally agreed in writing as part of the package, the organiser does not provide waste removal or licensed waste transit services. The client is responsible for arranging the disposal, donation, or recycling of unwanted items. Any handling of heavy furniture or items is carried out at the discretion of the organiser and entirely at the clients risk.
8.Limitation of Liability
The organiser operates with maximum professional care and attention. However, the organiser cannot accept liability for accidental damage to property or belongings during the session, or for the financial outcome of any items valued, sold, or donated. The client is advised to maintain appropriate household insurance coverage.
